All bowls are attached to plumbing giving animals 24/7 access to clean water. Most bowls are discreetly hidden in habitats.

Volunteer orientations are held at Tiger World on the first Saturday of every month at 3 PM. Come to Tiger World and we can talk specifics on what skill you want to volunteer and how we can best utilize your volunteer time. Yes! We offer Educational Animal Encounters with our Linnaeus 2 toed Sloth, Nacho, and our Australian Outback Kangaroos. All Encounters must be scheduled in advance and are $100, for upto 4 people for a 10 minutes experience. The Encounter includes, petting, feeding, and learning all about the animals plus you can take as many pics as you like. We have so many added features that you can experience at Tiger World, including;

• Parakeet Jungle - An interactive walk-through habitat where you can feed and mingle with Australian Parakeets. Offered Daily, ask about it at Admissions.
• Educational Animal Encounter - You can first-hand have an experience with our Sloth Nacho and our Australian Outback Kangaroos. You get to feed, pet, learn, and take as many pictures as you like. Offered Daily, call ahead to schedule.
• Wild Adventure Golf - We have created a mini-golf adventure safari around the world. At every hole, you will experience a different species of animal that is also on display at Tiger World. We have also integrated real animal exhibits into WILD Adventure Golf, including Endangered & Threatened Species. Offered daily when we are open.
• Feed-A-Tiger Experience - An incredible interactive experience where you get to feed one of our carnivores (lion, tiger, leopard, wolf) from the safety of our visitor fence. Offered only on the weekends.
• Playground - Our Playground has slides, bridge, tire swing and rock climbing wall for the kids to enjoy.

Tiger World is not a breeding facility although occasionally we selectively reproduce some of our endangered or threatened species. The best thing to do is look out on our Social Media pages like Facebook and Instagram for any cubs that may be at Tiger World.

We have a beverage cooler and drink machines throughout the zoo where you can get all sorts of drinks including coffee, tea, water, soda, and sports drinks. We also have snack machines with simple snacks including healthier options too. We do not have any restaurant on-site but during special events we do have food carts and beer/wine stations to enjoy. We also welcome you to bring your own picnic and enjoy it.

Service Animals and Pets are NOT Permitted Due to quarantine restrictions and safety risks, no outside animals are allowed as per USDA Animal Regulations § 2.40 & § 2.131.

Tiger World is committed to providing accessibility to guests with disabilities. Tiger World has paved pathways, provides a wheelchair and wagons for guests to use, and has a driving cart where we can take guests who may be otherwise challenged to enjoy the zoo. We also allow guests to bring their carts and wheelchairs. We also can accommodate special times to be open for disabled guests who prefer not to be around large crowds. We make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests with disabilities, including accessible bathrooms. Please consider that not all of the zoo is paved, and much of the area is a nature preserve with natural earth paths. Reference the Zoo Map for guidance on the accessible paved paths.
