Our facility offers an unforgettable experience with some of our animals. Our Animal Care team will provide you and up to three friends with a 10-minute encounter that includes petting, feeding, and playing with one of our animals. During your encounter, you'll learn interesting facts about the animal from the professionals on staff while enjoying its unique personality traits firsthand. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to get closer to nature in an educational setting! You ARE allowed to take pictures during your encounter. This is for the encounter only, and zoo admission is separate. Once the encounter is ordered, call us (704 279 6363) to make a reservation. Once an encounter is purchased, we'll mail you a certificate via US Post that should reach you in 3-5 business days.
